Sales and Marketing Manager
You have:
- 3-5 years sales or marketing experience in the Sports Book industry
You are:
- An excellent verbal and written and communicator
- Living in or near Escazú, CR
Your tasks:
- Lead the Ganchrow Scientific marketing and sales operations
- Work on marketing and sales strategies
- Develop marketing and sales materials
- Identify potential customers and convert them into actual customers
Intermediate Infrastructure Engineer
You have:
- deep knowledge of Linux
- experience fine-tuning Redis and MySql (or other SQL and NoSQL databases)
- deep knowledge of virtualization, especially vSphere
- a 4-year degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- built or maintained a CI/CD pipeline
You are:
- an expert Linux administrator
- brave enough to challenge previous technical decisions
- living in Vancouver, BC, Seattle, WA, or near Escazu, CR
Your tasks:
- Ensure the scalability of our existing infrastructure
- Identify and implement best practices for securing web servers
- Implement a monitoring strategy for all Ganchrow services
Senior Back-end Software Engineer
You have:
- 5+ years experience with NodeJS and TypeScript, and (at least one of) ruby, php, redis, and MySQL
- a deep understanding of software engineering and development principles
- written tons of unit tests
- experience with a micro service architecture
- a 4-year degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
You are:
- happy to experiment with new technologies and concepts
- someone who can give and receive code reviews
- passionate about Linux
- brave enough to challenge previous technical decisions
- living in Vancouver, Seattle, or near Escazu
Your tasks:
- Build out our NodeJS micro services with new services and features
- Ensure the stability and speed of our existing architecture under the load of thousands of simultaneous users and thousands of active offerings
Senior Front-end Software Engineer
You have:
- 5+ years experience with JavaScript and Angular (version 1.x and 2+)
- a deep understanding of software engineering and development principles
- written tons of unit tests
- an understanding of JavaScript standards and how to write modern JavaScript that also works cross-browser
- a 4-year degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- some experience creating beautiful, standards complient HTML and CSS
You are:
- happy to experiment with new technologies and concepts
- someone who can give and receive code reviews
- passionate about the web and all technology surrounding it
- willing to experiment with new technology and ideas
- brave enough to challenge previous technical decisions
- living in Vancouver, BC, Seattle, WA, or near Escazu, CR

- Maintain our existing application and build out new features
- Work with our designer to make beautiful webapps
- Ensure our thousands of users love using our app
